Checklist for the visual component of the project:

1) The floor-plan has at least 20 different words identifying different aspects or features of the house.  The design is easy to read and visually appealing.

2) The picture has at least 10 different words that identify different aspects or features of the house. The pictures is easy to read and visually appealing.

3) The project is well assembled.  It is visually appealing and fit for display. It includes a title and three subtitles.  It is easy to read.

Checklist for the introduction:

1) States where your dream house is located using está.

2) Uses three prepositions of place to provide more specific description of the location

3) States who lives in the house.

4) States who your neighbors are.

5) States three things that you do in your house (a conjugated verbs) along with three phrases of frequency.

6) Contains three adjectives that give a general description of the house.

7) Contains two phrases of enthusiasm (Normally at the beginning and end of the paragraph)

Checklist for each body paragraph:

1) An example of a preposition of place

2) Mention of at least 6 places, rooms or features.

3) Correct use of adjectives that describe the above places

4) Use of "Me gusta" in order to say what you like to do in that specific area of the house.

5) A phrase of enthusiasm 

Checklist for the conclusion:

1) States which is your favorite place in your house and gives two reasons why.

2) States when you hope to have this house and explains what you have to do to achieve this goal.

3) Correct use of two more phrases of enthusiasm.

Also, on Tuesday we will have vocab quiz on the second list of words from the "Casa de mis sueños" unit.  In addition to identifying 16 photos, you will need to identify 9 definitions.  I recommend using Tarea # 15 to prepare for this section of the quiz.
